End User License Agreement

Subject to your compliance with these terms, Incogniq grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the platform solely for private, ephemeral communications.

All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to Incogniq (including but not limited to the codebase, interface design, brand name, graphics, and underlying cryptographic implementations) are owned exclusively by Anupam Jha.

You agree not to, and will not permit others to:

• Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works of the platform
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the client or backend code
• Bypass, disable, or circumvent any encryption, access controls, or security features
• Use the platform for any unlawful activities or to transmit malicious code

Incogniq uses zero-identity, end-to-end encrypted tunnels. Messages in private rooms are routed peer-to-peer and are never stored on any server. Messages in Global Chat are stored temporarily and destroyed after 24 hours. You consent to this technical infrastructure and acknowledge that once data is deleted, it cannot be recovered by any party.

The platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. Incogniq disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Incogniq or its creator (Anupam Jha) be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of data, communication failures, or unauthorized access, arising out of the use or inability to use the platform.

This Agreement and your use of the platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
