Intended Use
Incogniq is designed for legitimate privacy needs:

- ✓Personal privacy from surveillance
- ✓Bypassing censorship to speak freely
Prohibited Use
The following uses violate these guidelines and our Terms of Service:
- ✗Coordinating harm, violence, or illegal activity
- ✗Distributing child exploitation material
- ✗Harassment, doxxing, or threatening individuals
- ✗Fraud, scams, or financial crimes
- ✗Spamming or platform abuse
Our Honest Position
We believe in privacy as a fundamental right, not a shield for harm. Incogniq is architected to be zero-knowledge — we genuinely cannot read your messages. But we reserve the right to terminate access for known bad actors and will cooperate with legal processes to the minimal extent technically possible (which, by design, is very little).
